If Doc Plays Tony Allen, He Must Have Bet On The Lake Show

My initial prediction will be plain and simple. Kevin Garnett will show up tonight, and MF Pau Gasol all around the court. And if he doesn’t then we can stick a fork in the Celtics, and Kevin Garnett’s career as well. A couple years ago no one had the guts or the balls to call out KG due to a fear of being eaten alive. Pau Gasol blatantly called KG a bum, and we will find out tonight if he is right or wrong.

Wilbon, and Berry predict a Celtics win, and of course the former hooker banging point guard goes with the purple and gold.

Sheed needs a couple more minutes tonight if Boston wants to win. Big Baby has played well in the playoffs, but he isn’t the answer in this series.

I look for KG to draw the line in the sand fairly early in this one.

All in all good quarter. Should be happy to have the league with virtually no minutes from KG. Sheed needs to keep getting minutes because he spreads the floor. Refs seems to be calling it tight so I would like to see Rondo and Pierce still attacking the rim. Ray Ray hasn’t hit the rim yet, so please keep getting him the ball. Get Tony Allen off the floor and let Nate run around with Rondo. Rotations are much crisper on the defensive end. Please help off Artest as he couldn’t make a shot if it meant his mother’s life. Love the effort, and well on their way to stealing Game 2.

If they still have the lead at the end of the 3rd, they will be going back to Boston with the series tied.

Big game for the C’s. Bad game by Garnett, bad game by Pierce, Tony Allen still sucks, and they somehow grabbed this one. Ray Ray kept them afloat in the 1st half and then Rondo made things happen down the stretch. Have to love the effort even though things weren’t always going their way. Sheed still needs to get more of Baby’s minutes. At least Sheed can contend with the size and stretch the D a little bit. We have a series now, can’t wait for Boston.
